We are so proud and excited to be partnering with Katahdin Area Trails to bring non-motorized trails to our property. From unique single track mountain biking to the more modern “e-bike” experience, we have a little bit of everything.
Mt. Chase Lodge is a family-run traditional Maine lodge on Upper Shin Pond in Mt. Chase, Maine. Near the northern entrance to Baxter State Park, with phenomenal views of Mt. Chase, and much more; Mt. Chase Lodge is a great basecamp at the north end of the Katahdin Region.

Explore our new xc ski & snowshoe trails! Looking to explore Upper Shin pond? We have a one-mile loop on the lodge property that circles the pond and wanders through softwood and mixedwood stands.
